Is there a booking fee on top of the package price?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Service charge and VAT are already included in every package price.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations made less than 24h before are non-refundable.
Do prices change based on group size?
Per-person packages scale with your party size. Per-couple or per-group packages are flat regardless of count within the package definition.
Are there any additional charges at the venue?
No. Every DineDeal package is all-inclusive. The venue has agreed to the exact scope listed — no surprise charges at the table.
For venues: when is the commission charged?
Commission is taken only on completed bookings — after the customer has attended and the experience is delivered. No charge for cancellations.
